Hours of Operation (2011)

During the Spring and Summer months, our store hours are reduced, but you can always order online. During October through December, we are open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. We are always closed on Sundays. We usually shut down our gift shop and online shop for about a week after Christmas, closing at noon on December 24 and reopening about a week later. Check our website or contact us for specific holiday closing times.
If you need to make arrangements to pick up an order or meet with our Venue Manager after hours or on a Sunday, please let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order Processing
We work hard to package and ship everything the same day we receive the order. However, during our very busy harvest season (October through December), it may take us 1-3 days to process and ship your order, especially if it is a large gift order or an order of custom cracked inshell pecans. If you need express service or next-day shipping, be sure to let us know when you order.
Large Gift Orders
Through our online store, you can ship gifts to multiple recipients. If you need a large quantity sent to a single shipping address, check out our Case Pricing. We have a great selection of prepackaged gift items, but we would be happy to create custom gifts for you if possible.
If you would prefer to have us take care of this for you, simply fax, email, call, or come to our gift shop with your gift list. Please include your choice of products, shipping addresses, and any other order details. We have several customers who give us their gift list each year and let us take care of the rest.
Shipping Details
We typically ship via UPS, but we can use other shipping methods at your request. Satisfaction Guarantee
We sell only the highest quality pecans from our orchard. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange your order or accept returns for a refund*, minus the shipping cost. Simply contact us and provide us with your order details and receipt. If there are other problems with your order or with your experience on our website or at our farm, please let us know. We care about our customers, and we strive to make sure you have a pleasant experience with us.
* Refunds are distributed as store credit only. Refund amount will be added to a Royalty Pecan Farms gift card.
