 Andy Sherrod
Orchard Manager
Andy Sherrod was raised in the west Texas town of Midland, where he enjoyed planting and tending a garden every summer. It’s no surprise that he went on to receive his undergraduate degree in Horticulture from Texas A&M University, along with a Masters degree in Agriculture. After managing 100 acres of peaches in San Saba County for four years, Andy came to Royalty Pecan Farms™ in 1986. Andy met his wife, Carole, while they were both studying at Texas A&M, and together they raised five children right here at Royalty Pecan Farms™.

 Carole Sherrod
Welcome Center Director
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture and a Master of Science degree in Agronomy, growing and nurturing plants has always been a passion for Carole. In coming to Royalty Pecan Farms™ over 25 years ago, not only has she been able to develop that passion, she was able to nurture another one: pecans and their health benefits. As the farm’s Welcome Center Director and as a Certified Nutritionist, sharing the healthiness of pecans with others has become her primary focus.

 Rebekah Stallsworth
Venue Manager
Having been raised right here on the Royalty Pecan Farms™ property, Rebekah is passionate about taking advantage of the beauty of the natural setting. Growing up, she loved taking walks in the orchard in the spring, surrounded by the sounds of nature and covered by the expansive canopy of the trees. After working in nearly every capacity at Royalty Pecan Farms™, she was thrilled to take the job of Venue Manager, overseeing weddings, dinners, and other special events in a venue that overlooks the orchard she loves so much.

Sales & Marketing Director
Julie joined Royalty Pecan Farms™ in 2012. Her primary focus is promoting the Royalty Pecan Farms™ brand and product line through market expansion. She brings more than 20 years of business experience in budgeting and financial analysis, operations and planning, and project management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Texas A&M University.

 Anna Sherrod
Retail & Fulfillment
Born and raised on the pecan farm, Anna Sherrod is well aware of the many aspects and challenges of growing pecans. She has worked on the farm for over ten years in several capacities including farm maintenance, processing, and product development. Now in retail, she finds enjoyment in meeting the customers’ pecan needs throughout the year. In her spare time, Anna likes to dabble in pottery.

 Amber Shillings
Creative Design & Marketing
Amber joined the farm family in 2008, soon after she graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in International Communication and Media. Amber is part of the team that handles all aspects of the retail side of Royalty Pecan Farms™. She specializes in creative projects like graphic design, photography and videography, writing marketing copy, and maintaining the website. She also enjoys interacting with the public as a retail associate, orchard tour guide, and social media contributor.

 Nekoda Cook
Orchard Operations
Nekoda Cook has worked at Royalty Pecan Farms™ for 13 years in a variety of roles. He started working full-time in 2006 helping to install more than 300 acres of irrigation and has since been serving as Shop Foreman and Cleaning Plant Supervisor. He enjoys spending time with his bride, Bethany (they were married in February, 2013) and with his large family (five brothers and four sisters) at family gatherings. He is passionate about doing good work for the glory of God.

Orchard Operations
This team works year-round to care for the pecan trees and maintain the orchard. They perform all the critical orchard operations necessary to produce high quality Royalty Pecans™.
